Good to know

Which DAWs and computers are supported?

Spy-da plugins are for Mac only (macOS 10.13 High Sierra or later) and run in Logic Pro and other hosts that load Audio Units; most also come as VST3. There are no Windows or Pro Tools (AAX) versions.

Apple Silicon Macs (M1 and later): every Spy-da plugin runs natively on both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs, so there's no need to open Logic using Rosetta.

Can I buy a plugin instead of subscribing?

Yes. Every plugin has a Buy it option: pay once and you own a lifetime licence for that plugin, with no subscription and no renewals. It appears in My Plugins with its own licence key, just like a subscription.

How long is the launch sale?

Every plugin and plan is 50% off until 31 Dec 2026. From 1 January 2027 prices double — for example a £3.99/month plugin becomes £7.99/month and a £99.99 licence becomes £199.99. Anything you've already bought or subscribed to keeps the price you paid.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that the plugins stop authorising — re-subscribe any time and your licence works again.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Subscribe to the new plan, then cancel the old one from My Plugins → Manage billing — or email us and we'll switch it for you with a pro-rata credit.

How long does merch delivery take?

UK orders usually arrive in 3–5 working days, international in 7–14. You'll get tracking by email when your order ships.

Can I return merch?

Unworn items can be returned within 30 days. See our shop terms.
