Shop terms & returns

Last updated 21 October 2026. These terms apply to purchases from the Spy-da Productions online shop, sold by Spy-da Productions Ltd. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

1. Plugin subscriptions

Subscriptions give you a licence to download and use the Spy-da plugins included in your plan while your subscription is active. Plugins remain the property of Spy-da Productions Ltd; you may not resell, share or redistribute them or your licence key.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from My Plugins → Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period and no further payments are taken.

Plans with a free trial are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Digital content: by starting your subscription and downloading the plugins you agree that supply begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download has started. If a plugin is faulty and we can't fix it, contact us and we'll put things right, including a refund where appropriate.

1b. Buying a plugin outright

When you buy a plugin outright you get a lifetime, single-user licence for that plugin. There's no subscription and no renewal. You may install it on your own computers, but you may not share, resell or redistribute it or its licence key.

Launch prices: plugin and plan prices marked as launch prices apply until 31 Dec 2026. From 1 January 2027 they double. Subscriptions started during the launch sale keep the price you signed up at.

2. Merchandise

Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. UK orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days and international orders within 7–14 working days. International customers may have to pay local import duties.

You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, after which you have a further 14 days to send items back. Email info@spy-daproductions.com with your order number to start a return. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
